1. Google Page Speed Insights

PageSpeed Insights measures the web page loading speed  twice - with the help of conventional and mobile user agent and outputs the result as PageSpeed Score ranging from 0 to 100 points. The result is considered fast starting at 85. In addition to proposals for improving your website performance offers an archive with already optimized resources for analyzed webpage.

In June 2016 Google launched a website testing tool for small business owners to check how well their website performs via mobile - testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com.
